How long will it take for my order to arrive?

The time for shipping can differ depending on your destination, however most orders are shipped within two days and are usually at your doorstep between 5-7 days.

What countries are covered by free shipping?

As of now, we are able to offer free shipping over 50€ to all countries in European Union/EEA/Schengen and UK.

How does Monotiny work with sustainability?

We strive to work with sustainability as our motto, hence our production cycle where we minimize waste by only embroider once an order is placed.

Our t-shirts meets the OEKO-TEX Standard 100 for sustainable manufacturing and was made in a facility that is WRAP certified. The mill that worked with the cotton partnered with Fair Labor Association.

Do you have any of the t-shirts in physical shops?

We do not have any of our t-shirts in physical shops because each t-shirt is created just for you when you place your order.

What should I do if I'm not satisfied with my order?

We want to keep our customers satisfied and happy, however if there is a problem with the shipping or the garment. Please contact us directly at  shop@monotiny.com within 30 days of receiving your order and we will do our best to help you.
