Return & Exchange Policy

Each Monotiny garment is made to order, which means it’s produced especially for you once your order is placed. Because of this, we are apologetic to not currently being able to offer returns but would be happy to offer all the help you would need with your order if there is any problem. We therefor kindly ask you to go through the measurements to find the right size for you. You can find the measurements on each item product page but also in the footer below, or going to measurements.

If your order arrives misprinted, damaged, or defective, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your product. We’ll review your claim and, if approved, arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.

 

How to report an issue

Please email us at shop@monotiny.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A photo of the product and the issue

Return address

Returns are handled by our fulfillment partner Printful. Please contact us before returning any items as unauthorized returns may not be processed.

 

 

Shipping

We currently ship within the EU/Schengen area, the United Kingdom, and selected nearby countries. If your country is not listed at checkout, it means we haven’t launched shipping there yet. We're happy to offer free shipping on orders over 55 € (EU & UK) and 80 € (other European countries). Shipping calculated at checkout.
